  1. Seriously, Bradley Manning is one of the most courageous patriotic men I’ve ever heard of.

    He is legitimately my personal hero.

    I don’t like to use the term “martyr” for people, because it’s overblown nowadays, just like “American hero” or other similar expressions, but Bradley Manning, Julian Assange, and the whole Wikileaks crew, not to mention Anonymous, deserve the title.

    Only people (or governments) with something to hide imprison people for telling the truth. And if being truthful is a criminal offense… well, then the question becomes “Do we really want to live in a place like that?”.
